Order cancelation is only possible with the first 48 hours. The dolls will be ready for shipping after 48 hours, and you cannot cancel the order afterward.

All our dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory.
You will have 7 days for the replacement and 3 months warranty.
- We will replace your product within 7 days after you receive it if the product has issues such as original flaws or logistic damages. You must not use the product.
- We cannot replace the product if the damages are incurred by the customer. However, we can supply instructional videos and tools for you to do the repair.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchange will be made after receiving the returned package and confirming that the doll is intact and unused.
